Gudbrandsdalen has a proud and rich food culture, and a wide range of tasty, short-traveled and raw ingredients.
In our kitchen we use raw materials from Gudbrandsdalen, wild sheep from our own farms and fish and game from local hunters. In the hotel restaurant
we serve Norwegian food based on Norwegian food traditions and seasonal local produce. We want to give our guests good food experiences
in a warm and homely atmosphere. You're welcome!
